Well, I've been fighting a cold since Monday or Sunday, I can't remember when I started feeling this bug hit. I tried to deny the whole thing , but it finally caught me! This week has been very not eventful. I have not worked at all, except for doing push throughout the day on Tuesday and today. I need to get back on track. Hopefully, Friday I will be able to get out and do some work.
During lunch tomorrow I am going to do the P90X Plyometrics disc. It should be fun. Hopefully, this workout can get me back on track
