Today, the wife and I went for a walk/run. I walked the whole time, due to the tight muscle in the front of my shin. I am trying to figure out the best way to stretch this muscle. I need to get back into running, so I can push myself before the next race. Luckily it was way to cold to continue the walk last night, but I will keep moving this whole week. I believe Tuesday night I will be doing yoga. So, that should be a good stretch.
